Arthur Holm Technology in the Boardroom

The Colosseo room’s centerpiece is an impressive meeting table, which seats 8 to 10 people and boasts a modern, minimalist design with a clean, uncluttered surface. Beneath this sleek exterior lies an array of advanced features: motorized monitors, speakers, microphones, and cameras that emerge seamlessly from the table with just a touch, either manually or via a touch panel.

Three 22″ Arthur Holm DB2 motorized retractable monitors, including one with a touchscreen function have been installed in the meeting table. These elegant monitors are interconnected to promote collaboration, with the main monitor capable of transmitting video to the other screens and a 120″ LED wall display. Additionally, the touchscreen  is linked to the room’s PC (BYOD Cynap by Wolfvision), eliminating the need for extra cables and external laptops, further streamlining the setup.

At the center of the table are two Arthur Holm DynamicSpeaker pop-up speakers. These powerful, 36W speakers are designed for crystal-clear sound, making them ideal for videoconferencing. The wooden sound box and class D amplifier ensure excellent audio performance.

A standout feature is the newly introduced Arthur Holm DynamicMCS, an all-in-one conference product. This motorized, retractable device combines a loudspeaker, microphone with status LED, and wide-angle camera into a compact retractable unit. Five of these have been installed, providing coverage for up to 10 participants. The wide-angle camera is optimized to capture two participants seated directly in front of it, making it a space-efficient solution for boardrooms.

Arthur Holm’s motorized retractable technology represents the pinnacle of boardroom design and functionality. Available in sizes ranging from 12″ to 24″, the monitors can be customized with touchscreens, integrated webcams or HD-SDI cameras, gooseneck microphones, and finishes that blend seamlessly with the table surface or feature elegant satin-finished steel plates.

All these Arthur Holm technologies are available for hands-on demonstration at Intermark’s Milan showroom.
