The Alfardan Group headquarters in Doha, Qatar, is now provided with a renewed meeting room equipped with 12 Arthur Holm’s Dynamic3 motorized monitors. A central round table makes communication and participation processes easier in meetings and Dynamic3 monitors were chosen to promote the flexibility of the space, so that the table can be used with the monitors positioned in different ways: folded within the surface or raised with a 20 degrees tilt. On the other hand, the addition of a HD-SDI camera allows the integration of a video conference system and a USB connector in the cover plate makes the access to the computers possible for each user. A microphone has also been added to the cover plate, resulting in a personalised, multi functional and inspiring solution which integrates perfectly in the interior design of the room.
This project has been developed in collaboration with our partner Techno Q, a leading systems integrator located in Qatar with more than 20 years experience in designing, installing and maintaining audiovisual and technological projects.
Dynamic3 motorized monitors
The elegant 17” Dynamic3 monitors installed in the main building of Alfardan Group are made of aluminium and include a anti-reflection glass touch screen with an excellent contrast and unsurpassed viewing angles. The screen rises and leans, rotates with a 180º movement and folds down into the table surface with two possible positions, as the screen can be facing up or facing down. Additionally, this Dynamic3 motorized monitors have been personalised with AKG microphones and features like USB connections and a HD-SDI camera.
Built entirely of aluminum and black edged anti-glare glass, the Dynamic3 monitors offer discreet and timeless design. The anodised finish provides a soft, silky effect, is extremely resilient and also serves to dissipate heat. The glass protects the screen, reduces “mirror” effect, allows for natural transparent colour and can work as a touch surface. The Dynamic3 range provides excellent contrast and unsurpassed viewing angles. Integration into furniture is extremely simple. The system is unique not only in terms of aesthetics but also in terms of functionality; the screen rises and leans, has an additional 180° rotation movement, and retracts inside the work surface in two different positions, with the monitor oriented up or down. The touchscreen can be used in a completely flat position, flush with the work surface. Its sophisticated electronics automatically detects the screen position, orienting the image accordingly and the screen’s lifting system automatically activates the elevation of the keyboard and mouse tray.
