The new commission room was specifically tailored to meet the needs of high-level governmental operations, where the Prime Minister welcomes and collaborates with his ministers. This meticulously designed space combines extensibility, functionality, elegance, and cutting-edge technology to create an environment conducive to strategic decision-making.

The installation includes:

Advanced Audiovisual Systems: The room is extensible and equipped with a high-definition LED display, DB2 motorized retractable monitors and DynamicTalk, integrated video conferencing tools, and state-of-the-art sound systems, ensuring a perfect  communication during meetings, both locally and internationally.

Ergonomic Design: The room’s layout promotes collaboration, with a very specific form of table that looks like the “infinite” symbol to facilitate interaction and clear sightlines among all participants. High-end, comfortable seating ensures prolonged meetings can be conducted without discomfort.

Smart Control Systems: Integrated automation allows the control of lighting, temperature, and multimedia from a central touchpad, ensuring optimal conditions for every session.

Enhanced Security: Recognizing the sensitive nature of governmental discussions, the room features advanced security measures, including encrypted communication lines and soundproofing for confidentiality.

To deliver the highest level of audiovisual performance, the installation features equipment from globally recognized brands:

ARTHUR HOLM for the elegant and retractable DB2 monitors and DynamicTalk to retract the microphones seamlessly into the conference table.

KRAMER AV for reliable signal management,distribution and control, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.

ABSEN for the high-resolution LED display, providing stunning visuals for presentations and video conferences.

BOSCH for world-class conferencing and sound systems, guaranteeing clear and precise audio for every participant.
