The Monument for Denmark’s International Effort since 1948 is situated in the Kastellet: an historic pentagram shaped fortress in Copenhagen. Although no longer used as a defensive installation it is still used an active military area that belongs to the Danish Defence Ministry and at the same time it is an historic building and a public park open during daylight hours giving visitors an insight into the missions that Danish deployed from the Armed Forces, the Police, the Danish Emergency Management Agency and the Tax Agency have been on since 1948.

AV Huset provided this custom solution to this iconic Copenhagen’s visitor centre. The goal was to enhance the visitor´s experience while keeping a sober and elegant style: a perfect match for Arthur Holm. Since 1990, AV Huset has supplied and installed many different AV solutions to a variety of museums, exhibitions, sports clubs and hotels. They are AV specialists and provide consulting, design, integration, programming and AV project management services. Regardless of whether it is a standard classroom or a customized special solution in historic surroundings.
