NMK Electronics, in partnership with systems integrator Khaldia Hallstage, has delivered an advanced audiovisual system for Shaqra University to enhance its meeting experiences. One of Saudi Arabia’s leading public universities, established during the reign of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the institution comprises 24 colleges spanning a wide range of disciplines.
To modernize its administrative operations and improve meeting efficiency, the University Council has been equipped with a cutting-edge technology setup designed to enhance productivity and streamline management.

In the meeting room, a voice and control system has been installed for the chairman. This system features a 21.5-inch customized, electrically retractable HD monitor with an independent lift for the microphone, integrated with DynamicShare. Positioned at the head of the round meeting table with a 20° automatic inclination, the chairman’s system allows for seamless video input control via the View (input selection), Share, and Priority buttons—ensuring uninterrupted content sharing.

For delegates, 34 Arthur Holm customized 17.3-inch HD monitors have been installed around the table. Each of the 35 monitors is paired with a Televic GSM 50mm immune gooseneck microphone, which can be raised and lowered independently from the screens, offering maximum flexibility.

The cover plates include integrated USB pass-throughs, USB power points, and power outlets. Additionally, 11 multitouch screens have been installed for AH17DX 2HDGA monitors, along with an ERT: IP to RS 422 interface for controlling, configuring, and diagnosing all Arthur Holm motorized products.
The Televic solution also includes a T-CAM camera tracking package with four cameras, while the Plixus Audio Engine with built-in recording functionality manages all audio signal processing and features an external power supply. Thirty-four customized delegate units are integrated with the Arthur Holm monitors and include screw-lock microphone connectors for the Loudspeaker button. The chairman’s system also features a customized microphone connector unit with Loudspeaker, Prior, and Next in Line buttons.
To support meeting preparation and execution, the CoCon meeting management software streamlines administrative processes and offers real-time control during sessions.
