A defining feature of the district is its seamless fusion of functionality, luxury, and advanced technology. Among its 10 high-rise towers, one is dedicated exclusively to executive VIPs, housing spaces where the most crucial decisions for the energy giant are made. At the heart of this executive space lies the QPD Boardroom, an extraordinary example of how bespoke craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology can come together to create a truly exceptional meeting environment.

Understanding that a company’s workspace is a reflection of its identity, values, and ambitions, the design team approached the QPD Boardroom with meticulous attention to detail. The goal was to seamlessly integrate high-end materials, ergonomic comfort, and cutting-edge audiovisual technology while maintaining the refined aesthetic expected in a corporate environment of this stature.
Arthur Holm, renowned for its expertise in customized technology solutions, played a pivotal role in shaping this high-tech boardroom. Through a close collaboration with the system integrator and the furniture manufacturer, a unique meeting space was created—one that offers an unparalleled combination of craftsmanship, innovation, and functionality.

At the heart of this executive boardroom is a custom-built U-shaped meeting table, measuring an impressive 11.5 meters in length. Designed to accommodate over 20 high-profile decision-makers, this masterpiece of design and engineering seamlessly integrates Arthur Holm’s UnderCover DynamicX2KM system.

The patented sliding cover of the UnderCover system ensures that technology is only visible when required. With a simple button press—either on the table or via remote control—the system activates, unveiling an array of interactive and multimedia capabilities.
